One of the critical humanitarian issues that the world faces is ensuring safety for children in armed conflict since they are the most seriously impacted by the devastation of war and violence. Rather, they are displaced from home; many children have lost their families, abandoned schools and health care, survived physical harm, or been recruited into armed forces. In this UNICEF committee delegates will look into the ways of strengthening the international efforts, improving protection mechanisms, and ensuring that such children can access the rights and services they deserve, focusing on prevention, support, and rehabilitation.
